Senior Manager, Operations Data
Job Description
You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that requires you to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide data analysis and technical support.
• Provide strategic guidance on data analysis and data engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
• Manage a team to conduct in-depth data analysis to provide meaningful data-driven insights/ trends to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
• Collaborate with strategic stakeholders and operational teams to understand data requirements and ensure the successful delivery of data analysis projects.
• Supervise the creation of data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage a team on data sourcing, processing, and integration of data to deliver a unified and comprehensive dataset for analysis and decision-making.
• Drive the development and implementation of data analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of data analysis processes.
• Supervise the development and implementation of data quality and metadata management processes to enhance the accuracy and reliability of our data assets.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in data engineering, including data governance, data quality, and data security.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Job Requirements
• Degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
• At least 12 years of related working experiences, with at least 4 years in supervisory role.
• Experience in data analytics, including data wrangling, analysis, visualisation with strong knowledge in data structures and mining algorithms.
• Knowledge in statistical learning, machine learning and probabilistic models will be advantageous.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details and results oriented.
• Good team player, able to work under pressure and deliver results under tight timelines.
