Assistant Manager, Caregiving Support Strategic Planning
- Policy Review and Strategy Development:
- Conduct literature reviews, desktop research, consultation with community care organisations and caregivers to identify and analyse caregiving needs
- Support in the regular review of caregiving support strategic plans to address emerging caregiver needs
- Assist in developing critical insights and recommendations to enhance the national caregiving landscape
- Support in funding application for caregiving initiatives
- Manage the implementation of AIC’s annual caregiving survey, including project management, working with the vendor, data analysis.
- Key Stakeholders Engagement:
- Engage proactively with various ministries, agencies, institutes of higher learning and research institutes to foster integration and harmonization of national caregiving initiatives
- Support active participation in cross-ministries Caregiver Support Workgroup, to review services for caregivers
- Workplan, Budget & KPI Management:
- Contribute to the establishment, monitoring and review of measurable goals (KPIs) for caregiving plans
- Ensure timely update of key action plans, and participate in milestone discussions with MOH and internal stakeholders
- Management of budget, including projection, utilization and updates to relevant stakeholders
- Support the identification and conceptualisation of long-term outcomes for the portfolio
