Assistant Manager, Community Partnerships and Programmes

Job Description

  • Coordinate the inputs from the various Community Partners (HPB, PA, SportSG and Active Ageing Centres) to discuss and drive Healthier SG and Age Well SG initiatives by 
    • monitoring national and ward-level activity postulations and collaborating with partners to ensure sufficiency of activities to meet the community demand 
    • providing sufficient levers to assess their community needs and plan their engagement outreach 
    • providing a direct channel for health-community conversations, to provide feedback and to raise requests for additional support 
    • providing an avenue to evaluate and pilot ward-level trial programmes to replicate success at the national level
    • ensuring partners’ programmes are well-integrated and aligned with the overall national initiatives
  • Consolidate and analyse the information provided by internal and external stakeholders and partners to monitor KPIs and also address the queries and feedback provided on the operational issues related to the community partners
  • Ensure that the workflows and SOPs comply with relevant standards and approved policies
  • Assist to perform any other ad hoc project and duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare industry.​​​​​​ 
  • 2 to 3 years of related working experiences, entry candidates may be considered
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to create and maintain collaborative work relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details and results oriented
  • Responsive and adaptive to a dynamic working environment
  • Good team player, able to work under pressure and deliver results under tight timelines
