Assistant Manager, Grant Governance & Compliance

Job Description

  • Partner Sector Division in the management of grants in compliance with Grant Policy & Best Practices, including reviewing of award letters and verifying grant claims to Service Providers
  • Attend to enquiries relating to grant management processes from Sector Divisions
  • Assist to review and suggest improvement on processes to strengthen grant governance and enhance operational efficiency
  • Assist in audit-related matters to ensure compliance with audit requirement
  • Manage ad-hoc projects or roles assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Analytics or Statistics preferred
  • Relevant experience in audit and financial compliance will be an added advantage
  • Highly analytical and with good problem solving skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, meticulous, open-minded and adaptable to changes and able to multi-task
  • A team player who is able work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of data visualisation/analytical tools such as RPA (UiPath), R, PowerBI, Tableau and VBA will be an added advantage

The successful candidate will be offered a 1 year employment contract.
