Assistant Manager, Grant Governance & Compliance
Job Description
- Partner Sector Division in the management of grants in compliance with Grant Policy & Best Practices, including reviewing of award letters and verifying grant claims to Service Providers
- Attend to enquiries relating to grant management processes from Sector Divisions
- Assist to review and suggest improvement on processes to strengthen grant governance and enhance operational efficiency
- Assist in audit-related matters to ensure compliance with audit requirement
- Manage ad-hoc projects or roles assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Analytics or Statistics preferred
- Relevant experience in audit and financial compliance will be an added advantage
- Highly analytical and with good problem solving skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, meticulous, open-minded and adaptable to changes and able to multi-task
- A team player who is able work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of data visualisation/analytical tools such as RPA (UiPath), R, PowerBI, Tableau and VBA will be an added advantage

The successful candidate will be offered a 1 year employment contract.
