Assistant Manager, Operations Data Management
Job Description
- Transforming, cleaning and integrating data to ensure its quality and usability for downstream analytics and reporting purposes.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to deliver data-driven insights and ensuring the effective utilisation of data resources to support the organization's strategic decision-making processes.
- Work closely with strategic stakeholders and operational teams to ensure successful delivery of data analysis projects.
- Implementing established data analysis methodologies and best practices to improve the quality and efficiency of data analysis processes.
- Creation of visualizations and reports to effectively communicate insights derived from data analysis.
- Advocate for and contribute to the adoption of best practices in data engineering to ensure governance, quality, and security of data assets.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes to enhance the accuracy and reliability of data assets through data quality and metadata management.
- Assist to perform any other ad-hoc project and duties assigned by Director, Senior Assistant Director and/or Assistant Director.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare industry with at least 2 – 5 years of related working experiences
- Experience in data analytics, including data wrangling, analysis, visualisation with strong knowledge in data structures and mining algorithms.
- Knowledge in statistical learning, machine learning and probabilistic models will be advantageous.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details and results oriented.
- Good team player, able to work under pressure and deliver results under tight timelines.
