Assistant Manager, Operations Integration
This role will support the team by managing operational data, develop analytical dashboards, provide insights to strengthen ground operations and decision-making.
- Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards to support reporting, operational oversight, and performance tracking.
- Perform complex data analysis, including data cleaning, transformation, and modelling to generate meaningful insights for management.
- Support the development of Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and forward planning by providing data analysis, operational insights, and scenario-based inputs to inform planner and decision-making.
- Maintain and improve the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of operational datasets across SGD.
- Facilitate discussions with Ops leads, Division Leads, and cross-functional teams to review data, surface issues, and align processes.
- Present dashboards and insights to management, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and operational relevance.
- Coordinate and minute internal meetings related to operational planning, tele-engagement, volunteer management data, and other ongoing initiatives.
- Prepare routine and ad-hoc analytical reports for SGD senior management.
- Track KPIs, operational pain-points, and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Excel (including Power Pivot); knowledge of Python and Power Query is advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, good facilitation and coordination skills,
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks within tight timelines.
- Demonstrates initiative, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindset.
