Assistant Manager, Operations Technology Management

Job Description

  • Support the overall technical aspects of projects including management of project team resources through creation of detailed and accurate project descriptions, cost estimates, functional and technical specifications, schedules, timelines, and written status reports throughout a digital project lifecycle
  • Document all aspects of project development and evolution through concise meeting notes, action items, task management and eliminate barriers in completion of projects
  • Document and analyse operations tech workflows, implementing automation (where possible) to enhance efficiency while maintaining up-to-date workflow documentation
  • Ensure adherence to system performance requirements, IT policies & procedures, as well as data protection requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
  • Keep track of demand management, business systems release management, and change management activities
  • Coordinate with vendors to implement and maintain IT services, fostering strong relationships to ensure timely delivery and ongoing support
  • Review analyse reports and assess the impact on company and make recommendations on the way forward
  • Assist in the management of the Healthier SG Customer Relationship Management (HSG CRM) system enhancements, managing bug-fixes, participating in user acceptance tests and sending SMS to members of public (MOPs) for Healthier SG (HSG) enrolment and health plan appointment
  • Assist in the management of the Knowledge Management System (KMS)/Learning Management System (LMS), including account management, system enhancements, as well as supporting the training branch in the maintenance of their training contents

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Preferably 1 – 2 years of related working experiences, entry candidates may be considered
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in technology research and development, capability development and project management.
  • Good knowledge of programming and SQL
  • Knowledge in artificial intelligent and machine learning will be advantageous.
  • Pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details and results oriented.
  • Good team player, able to work under pressure and deliver results under tight timelines
