Assistant Manager, Partnerships Development

As Assistant Manager, Partnerships Development, you will play a strategic role in building an integrated and resilient care ecosystem that enables and empowers seniors to age in place.  You will engage key stakeholders and drive projects that will help promote connections and partnerships across different stakeholders in the social and health sector that will work together to support our seniors.

  • Lead and drive enablers that will help build an integrated care ecosystem. These include, design and implementation of partnership frameworks, standardised processes and templates, and the development and design of effective monitoring performance indicators and dashboards.
  • Engage and work with internal and external stakeholders including MOH, the Regional Health Systems, Primary Care and Community Care Providers to identify gaps and barriers to the building of an integrated care system.
  • Develop and implement rapid prototyping of solutions and evaluate its effectiveness in mitigating systems barriers to building of an integrated care ecosystem.
  • Develop and work with stakeholders on programme review and evaluation.
  • Synthesize the learnings and experience for improvement in programme design and implementation.
  • Identify best-practices and implement platforms for cross sharing and learnings between providers.
  • Build close relationships with key stakeholders to encourage partnerships and collaborations that will help seniors age well in place.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in any discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in community care and multi-agency work/healthcare industry will be an added advantage
  • Experience in developing and maintaining networks and partnerships with stakeholders will be an added advantage
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to lead, engage and work well with groups from diverse backgrounds
  • Able to multi-task and possess strong project management skills
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter with a sense of curiosity and strong learning agility
  • Resilient, agile and adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
