Assistant Manager, SHC Volunteer Management

You will be part of the team to oversee SG Healthcare Corps volunteer management 
•    Engage internal and external stakeholders to support programme delivery, including volunteer recruitment and outreach
•    Oversee data management and analysis, to support programme needs, including volunteer recruitment and training outcomes
•    Prepare and present reports and presentation materials on programme initiatives, updates and key workstreams
•    Support the development and review of training curriculum based on programme needs
•    Develop and implement marketing communications and branding initiatives to strengthen value propositions across digital and traditional platforms
•    Coordinate recruitment events and collaborative initiatives with stakeholders within AIC and partner organisations
•    Organise information-sharing sessions and facilitate with other team members
•    Provide operational coverage through rostered duties to support volunteer outreach, onboarding, and retention initiatives


Job Requirements
•    Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of working experience preferably with knowledge and familiarity with the healthcare or social sectors
•    Analytical and organised, able to translate concepts into actionable goals
•    Confident in working with internal and external stakeholders
•    Good in communication, both verbal and written
•    Meticulous, team player, resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
