Assistant Manager, Subvention Operations

This role is responsible for designing efficient operations workflows and implementing new policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration across teams.

 

  • Conceptualize the end-to-end operations workflow to be implemented in the new system, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Create clear and comprehensive workflow diagrams and process documentation that accurately represent the designed operations workflow for easy understanding and reference by all stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering by engaging with various internal teams and stakeholders to understand their operational needs, challenges, and expectations for the workflow.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including system, policy and operations teams to translate workflow requirements into system features and functionalities, ensuring the system supports operational processes effectively.
  • Validate UAT test cases to ensure coverage of all operational scenarios.
  • Participate in UAT testing, resolve workflow implementation issues, and support rollout.
  • Provide support on policy implementation by collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations, policy, system, and management to align efforts and resources needed to operationalize the policy effectively.

 

Kindly note that this role is on 2 years contract, subject to programme renewal. 

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of working experience.
  • Experience in process design, requirements gathering and UAT is preferred.
  • Resourceful, and able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and impact assessment skills
  • Strong project management and planning capabilities
