Manager, Grant Governance & Compliance

Job Description:

  • Partner Sector Divisions in the management of grants to ensure governance and compliance with Grant Policy & Best Practices, from scheme design to closure
  • Attend to Sector Divisions’ enquiries relating to grant management processes
  • Review current processes, Develop improvements to strengthen grant governance and Enhance operational efficiency (e.g. through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and/or other analytical tools)
  • Develop and support generation of periodic Operational and Management reports
  • Build capabilities of internal stakeholders and external partners through various initiatives
  • Assist in audit related matters to ensure compliance with audit requirements
  • Manage ad hoc projects or roles assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics or other relevant disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in governance, risk management, internal controls, external audit, internal audit, or process improvement
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in managing stakeholders and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty at work
  • Possesses a positive attitude and an excellent teammate who is also able to work independently
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office software (MS Excel Essential)
  • Knowledge of data visualisation/analytical tools such as RPA (UiPath), IDEA Caseware, Python, Tableau and/or VBA will be an added advantage
     

The successful candidate will be offered a 2 years' employment contract.
