Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Grassroots & Partners Relationship Management

Job Description

You will be working closely with Grassroots Advisers (GRAs), Constituency Directors and Community Partners in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that would require you to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently to drive Healthier SG (HSG) and Age Well (ASG) initiatives. Additionally, familiarity with MOH/AIC health policies and the successful development of resident engagement plans are essential functions of this position.

  • Proactive engagement of GRAs, centrally manage their requests, and support initiatives to drive HSG/ASG objectives
  • Seek GRA support and buy-in for new initiatives, projects and facility sites through timely updates on national policy changes and local-level planning considerations
  • Conduct joint-planning sessions with the GRAs, Constituency Directors and Community Partners to assess needs/priorities catered to the individual wards, customise ward-level events or initiatives, to advance HSG/ASG at the grassroots level
  • Centrally coordinate the Ward Engagement Meeting (WEM) agenda, communicating MOH/AIC’s key priorities to the GRAs. Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve the overarching objectives of HSG/ASG
  • Conduct the quarterly WEMs and follow-up on GRAs’ queries, feedback and requests
  • Evaluate and support initiatives/plans to drive social prescriptions within their wards, collaborate with relevant partners to enable the HSG/ASG programme to achieve a more holistic outcome
  • Gather ground insights through grassroots engagements to strengthen policy/programmes developments
  • Maintain consistent GRA-related messaging activities and engagement efforts across all wards
  • Establish and maintain a robust knowledge management system to facilitate the smooth transition of duties and responsibilities, as well as the preservation of information for future operational planning

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 4 - 5 years of related working experiences
  • Strong policy understanding and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing high-stakes stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations
  • Responsive and adaptive to a dynamic working environment.
