Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Healthier SG
AIC is the appointed administrator for national schemes and sector development for private primary care. As a member of the operations planning and implementation team, you will be responsible for co-developing implementation strategies, executing action plans, identifying operational gaps, and providing actionable solutions to ensure that national programmes are administered efficiently, enabling more holistic care and better health outcomes for our population.
- Analyse and interpret healthcare policies, regulations, and guidelines to support operations implementation and development.
- Collaborate with policy teams to develop implementation strategies and operational action plans for the rollout of new initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis to monitor the effectiveness of implementation and operational changes.
- Support the implementation and review of pilots or programmes to improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness for initiatives under CHAS and Healthier SG.
- Support other programmes and daily operations within the team as assigned by the supervisor.
- Provide secretariat support for workgroups and committees.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with relevant qualification(s).
- Experience in healthcare or data analytics would be advantageous.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Meticulous and resilient.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
