Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Healthy Ageing Department

The Healthy Ageing Department co-develops and implements cognitive-related Active Ageing Programmes in partnership with stakeholders to support frailty management and promote seniors’ wellbeing, aligned with national healthcare priorities.

 

  • Analyse and synthesise research on cognition and active ageing to identify trends, gaps, and inform programme design and policy alignment.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagements with policymakers, healthcare providers, experts, and community partners.
  • Support the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of cognitive-related programmes at Active Ageing Centres (AACs).
  • Contribute to pilot projects, curriculum development, vendor appointment and management, including procurement and contract administration.
  • Assist in expanding cognitive-related programmes through vendor engagement, capability building, and standardising operating procedures.
  • Manage project timelines, workplans, schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring compliance with organisational and funding requirements.
  • Oversee administrative aspects of programme delivery, including meeting coordination, agenda and minutes preparation, action item tracking, and record maintenance.
  • Support data collection, monitoring of participation and outcomes, resource development, and preparation of progress reports and briefing notes for stakeholders.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in health, social services, public policy, or related fields.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, programme coordination and management skills.
  • Good project management, organisational, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Analytical, proactive, meticulous, and self‑driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; good interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Responsible, resourceful, and a team player who is comfortable handling both strategic and administrative aspects of programme delivery.
