Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Healthy Ageing Department

The Healthy Ageing Department develops activities, in collaboration with partners, for robust and frail seniors in the community and Community Care sector to support frailty management and wellbeing in alignment with national healthcare directions. 

• Support the development of Active Ageing programmes to enhance cognitive health in collaboration with Community Care partners (e.g., Active Ageing Centres)
• Contribute to piloting, curriculum design, and implementation activities, including vendor management and evaluation
• Support strategies for scaling implementation, such as vendor engagement and capability building
• Manage the rollout of cognitive health initiatives, including scheduling, timeline tracking, and budget monitoring
• Engage and collaborate with national partner agencies, internal and external stakeholders to advance cognitive health initiatives
• Review evidence and recommendations from various sources to inform programme development and implementation
• Support the development of health instructional materials (e.g. booklets and instructional videos), targeting diverse audience groups
• Maintain documentation, prepare progress reports and divisional administrative support

Job requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in health-related fields such as Public Health, Behavioural and Implementation Sciences in Health
• Good collaboration and partnership-building skills
• Skilled in programme management and evaluation, ideally within healthcare, eldercare, or social services
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, analytical, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities
• Effective communicator (both verbal and written) with good interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in enhancing care for seniors
• Responsible, independent, and a strong team player
