Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Online Platform Management (Subsidies Grants)

This role oversees the enhance of the online marketplace by translating business needs into IT solutions, optimising user journeys and catalogue management, supporting end-users, and leveraging data insights to drive platform growth and operational excellence.

 

  • Translate operational and governance needs into online marketplace functional features for IT vendor to customise or develop the online marketplace’s features.
  • Co-design end-user (e.g. patients, caregivers and sellers) journeys with IT vendor to enable good end-user experiences to perform transactions on the online marketplace.
  • Manage and optimise products and services catalogue on online marketplace to ensure that products and services offered by sellers are correctly published.
  • Partner IT vendor to provide operational support to end-users and resolve bugs on the online marketplace.
  • Support team manager to develop and implement strategies to expand the online marketplace clientele, sellers, products and services offered and ordering models (e.g. on-demand ordering and scheduled booking of services).
  • Use IT tools and data to conduct analysis and generate insights on transactions (e.g. trends on orders placed for products and services and sellers orders fulfillment turn-around-time) to support team manager in planning and management reporting. 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 3 years of experiences in either healthcare, e-commerce or digital system design.   Applicants without the said experiences or fresh graduates but possess the relevant skills sets may be considered for the role.  
  • Applicants with good knowledge of project management and/or end-user experiences design will have added advantage. 
  • Strong abilities in use of spreadsheets or other IT tools to perform data analysis, when required.
  • Able to work independently and as a team to collaborate with various stakeholders, internally and externally, with motivation to learn, grow and progress as a team.
  • Able to multi-task and work in an evolving work environment. 
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication, resourceful with analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities to recommend solutions or alternatives to resolve problems.
