Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Partnership Management & Engagement (Digital Learning)
Part of the team in supporting the engagement and capability building of partners to provide digital learning options for seniors. Our partners consist of mainly Community-based Organisations (CBOs) who are course/training providers that offer courses for seniors.
- Work with partners and e-learning vendor to develop online courses within project timeline.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute outreach efforts for Learning Management System (LMS) and online courses.
- Support the monitoring of project milestones, data analysis and preparation of progress updates.
- Perform grant administration which includes, but not limited to, tracking of project performance, KPI delivery, invoice processing and budget utilization.
- Assist the team in exploration and implementation of new learning methods for seniors.
- Portfolio may be expanded to include other fund administration functions and programmes such as senior volunteerism.
This role is on 2 years contract, subject to renewal.
Job Requirements
- A good bachelor's degree in any discipline with 1 years of working/internship experience
- Background relevant to online learning will be an advantage.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Able to work well independently and in teams.
- Good interpersonal, writing and communication skills to engage and interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, able to multi-task and manage multiple assignments within set datelines.
- Display willingness to learn and collaborate with other divisions and be able to think through analytically on challenges / assigned tasks and provide constructive inputs to improve work processes.
- Resilent and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
