Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Partnership Management & Engagement (Digital Learning)

Part of the team in supporting the engagement of partners to provide learning options for seniors, including online learning. Our partners consist of mainly Community-based Organisations (CBOs) who are course/training providers that offer courses for seniors.

 

  • Assist the team to achieve the goal of providing accessible and relevant learning programmes to seniors
  • Assist in the planning and execution of both face-to-face and online learning programmes in Active Ageing Centres (AACs)
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute outreach efforts for Learning Management System (LMS) and online courses.
  • Support LMS matters including enhancement, troubleshooting, integration and data migration.
  • Support the monitoring of project milestones, data analysis and preparation of progress updates.
  • Perform grant administration which includes, but not limited to, tracking of project performance, KPI delivery, invoice processing and budget utilization.
  • Assist the team in exploration and implementation of new learning methods for seniors.
  • Portfolio may be expanded to include other fund administration functions and programmes such as senior volunteerism.

 

This role is on 2 years contract, subject to renewal.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • A good bachelor's degree in any discipline with 1 years of working/internship experience
  • Background in LMS management/implementation will be an advantage.
  • Experience in senior learning and AACs is preferred.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Able to work well independently and in teams.
  • Good interpersonal, writing and communication skills to engage and interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, able to multi-task and manage multiple assignments within set datelines.
  • Display willingness to learn and collaborate with other divisions and be able to think through analytically on challenges / assigned tasks and provide constructive inputs to improve work processes.
  • Resilient and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
