Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Partnership Management & Engagement (Senior Learning)
This role will be part of the team in supporting engagement of potential partners in the sector and co-development of programmes to be implemented in various community care settings and active ageing centres (AACs).
- Assist in implementing the assessment framework to deliver high-quality senior learning programmes in Active Ageing Centres (AACs) and community care settings.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners or vendors capable of managing senior learning programmes, including those focused on health and wellness, using the established assessment framework.
- Facilitate engagement with sector partners and vendors, manage proposal calls, and co-develop learning programmes for AACs and community care settings.
- Serve as account manager for partners and vendors, maintaining regular communication to address challenges, verify claim documents and reports, and ensure KPIs and outcomes are met.
- Track, monitor, and analyse programme achievements and outcomes, producing regular data-driven reports.
- Support the improvement of team progress reporting and operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in evaluating new funding tranches, including administering relevant surveys and focus groups for programme assessment.
- Review senior demand for programmes, contribute to content curation, and assist with planning and executing partner engagement sessions to gather feedback and address ground challenges.
Job Requirements
- A good bachelor's degree in any discipline with 1 years of working/internship experience
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Able to work well independently and in teams.
- Good interpersonal, writing and communication skills to engage and interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, able to multi-task and manage multiple assignments within set datelines.
- Display willingness to learn and collaborate with other divisions and be able to think through analytically on challenges / assigned tasks and provide constructive inputs to improve work processes.
- Resilient and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
