Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Partnership Management & Engagement (Senior Learning)

Part of the team in supporting engagement of potential partners in the sector and co-development of programmes to be implemented in various community care settings and active ageing centres (AACs):

 

  • Support the assessment framework to supply quality senior learning programmes into Active Ageing Centres (AACs) and community care settings. 
  • Identify and assess potential partners / vendors with capacity to drive senior learning programmes, including health and wellness topics through an assessment framework.
  • Support engagement of potential partners/ vendors in the sector, proposal calls and co-development of learning programmes to be implemented in AACs and community care settings. 
  • Account manager for partners / vendors with responsibilities covering regular engagement on challenges and issues in meeting KPIs / outcomes, mitigate challenges that are within our control and verification of claim documents and reports.
  • Track and monitor the achievements and outcomes of programmes, analyse the data and generate regular reports.
  • Support team to improve the progress reporting and operational processes for better efficiency. 
  • Support evaluation of new funding tranches, including administration of any relevant surveys / focus groups to support evaluation.
  • Review senior demand for the programmes and support curation of programme content to better meet the needs of seniors. 
  • Support planning and execution of partner engagement sessions to gather feedback on ground issues / challenges. 
  • Portfolio may be expanded to include other programme planning & implementation functions as required by division.  

 

This role is on 2 years contract, subject to renewal.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • A good bachelor's degree in any discipline with 1 years of working/internship experience
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Able to work well independently and in teams.
  • Good interpersonal, writing and communication skills to engage and interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, able to multi-task and manage multiple assignments within set datelines.
  • Display willingness to learn and collaborate with other divisions and be able to think through analytically on challenges / assigned tasks and provide constructive inputs to improve work processes.
  • Resilient and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
