Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Partnership Management & Engagement (Standards & Learning)

Part of the team in identifying and proposing new partners and schools / institutes to plan and implement intergenerational learning programmes (ILP):

 

  • Oversee the operations (i.e. fund administration, tracking, reporting, engagements and marketing) of the ILP grant.
  • Drive account management of ILP partners through regular engagement with partners on challenges and issues in meeting KPIs, mitigate challenges that are within our control and verification of claim documents and reports.
  • Track and monitor the achievements of ILP, analyse the data and generate regular reports.
  • Work with team to improve the progress reporting and operational processes for better efficiency.
  • Support evaluation of next ILP funding tranche, including administration of any relevant surveys / focus groups to support evaluation.
  • Support promotional efforts to drive adoption of Geragogy Guidelines and expansion plans.
  • Plan and implement workshops on Geragogy Guidelines and support stakeholder engagements to ensure seamless adoption of guidelines.
  • Portfolio may be expanded to include other fund administration functions and programmes such as senior volunteerism.

 

This role is on 2 years contract, subject to renewal.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • A good bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of working experience in social service, training, educational or healthcare sector.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Able to work well independently and in teams.
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills to drive adoption of guidelines and interest in ILP.
  • Proactive, able to multi-task and manage multiple assignments within set datelines.
  • Display willingness to learn and collaborate with other divisions, and be able to think through analytically on challenges / assigned tasks and provide constructive inputs to improve work processes.
  • Resilent and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
