Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Programme Implementation & Operations

Job Description

  • Plan and execute programme outreach deployments as operations planner and ambassador which include:
    1. Work with internal stakeholders on the event analysis;
    2. Support event research, approval process (enrolment, training, collaterals) and data management;
    3. Work with external stakeholders on event program, space and logistics
    4. Promote and assist residents to enrol into the various programme;
       
  • Be the trainer and briefer of programme contents to internal and external stakeholders and residents
     
  • Implement projects to uplift and train the Active Aging Centre (AAC) service providers to help unserved seniors in the following areas:
  1. Active Aging
  2. Buddying and Befriending
  3. Care & Support
  4. Social Connector
  5. Community Screening
  6. Network Building
  7. Data Operations
  8. Volunteer Management
     
  • Evaluate AAC Service Provider’s (SP) ability to deliver the services and provide guidance on the areas that requires improvement.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of related working experiences, preferably in community/ social care sector
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and comfortable to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsive and adaptive to a dynamic working environment
  • Strong collaborative and partnership building skills
  • Highly motivated, independent and a good team player
