Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Resource Network & Support
This role focuses on driving CCMHD’s communications to engage, empower and enable clients/caregivers in help-seeking. This role will also drive conversations with interagency and national stakeholders to align, synthegise and co-create initiatives, including new non-funded partners to better understand the sector lansdscape and explore collaboration.
- Drives communication strategies and implementation through an integrated comms strategy, looking into:
- Conducting research, analysing best practices and sense-making to identify, strategise, synthegise and prioritise comms initiatives and resources
- Driving the development and enhancement of resources with implementation plan, marketing, distribution plan and resource feedback collection
- Developing and curating strategic and innovative comms, campaigns and publicity of mental health/dementia/caregiving, providing coordination and strategic advice to teams with data-driven insights
- Cultivate stories to profile good work of our partners with targeted engagement with media to enable help-seeking behaviour.
- Drive national events complementing campaigns/publicity
- Drives sense-making and strategic partnership of CMH Partners
- Drives the engagement of identified partners to co-create aligned comms strategy and solutions through sense-making and expert panel, in collaboration with programme managers
- Drives conversation and pioneer thought leadership among the partners via the Comms/Resources Expert Panel
- Engage non-funded partners for sense-making to gather insights and explore potential partnership and synergy for sector development
- Build knowledge database and recognition of our stakeholders
- Drives continuous enhancement and quality improvement of communication initiatives
- Continual refinement and improvement in communications tactics through data-driven insights and feedback
- Evaluate comms outcomes to address grounds gaps e.g. stigma and open-ness to help-seeking
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years’ experience in communications and engaging stakeholders
- Experience in running campaigns and development of resources
- Experience in partnership engagement and design thinking
- Competent in design software such as Canva
- Good project management, writing and presentation skills
- Good change management
- Good interpersonal, communication and relation-building skills
- Outgoing, friendly and work well with people with different leadership personality types
- Proactive, able to think out of the box and possess self-starter attitude e.g. ability to identify gaps to drive change
- Able to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment to meet key deadlines
