Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, System Development

 

  • Core member of the project team to develop a new online platform system with IT team that enable 250+ service providers in the long term care sectors to apply and claim for sector grants schemes in an efficient and effective manner
  • Work with external and internal stakeholders on business process redesign coupled with change management to enable seamless application and claim processes and ensure robust governance framework is in place
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and gathering information as well as evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Improve systems by studying current practices and design modifications
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams upon studying system capabilities as well as involved in functional specification, acceptance testing and preparing training materials
  • Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures

 

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in workflow and/or process planning and design
  • Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with a good eye for detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Possess strong organizations skills and effective project management skills in managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Good time management skills to meet project timeline
  • Possess good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Versatile in working independently as well as an effective team player

 

The successful candidate will be offered a 2 years' employment contract
