Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Escalation & Stakeholder Engagement
This role support subsidy schemes operation through enquiries, billing, stakeholder engagement, contracts, and process improvements.
- Manage and respond to enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses, with appropriate escalation of complex cases to higher management.
- Process billing and invoices for schemes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and accurate information dissemination. (e.g. communicating new subsidy schemes and developing/updating internal and public-facing materials.)
- Collect and analyse feedback and data from care service providers through regular engagement and reporting sessions to enhance schemes processes and systems.
- Support contract management functions, including but not limited to tracking deliverables, monitoring compliance, and coordinating contract variations and renewals in line with governance requirements.
- Support training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen operational effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field, with 2 years of operational experience would be preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in grants administration, financial compliance, or audit-related work is preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to review claims, track fund utilization, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to think proactively to address operational issues and propose suitable solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Successful candidate will be offered a 2 years contract (renewable).
