Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Caregiving (Service Development & Partnership)
We are seeking a candidate to support the Service Development & Partnership unit within the Caregiving Team. This role plays a critical part in supporting caregiving support programme care model development and evaluation and contributing to targeted partner engagement initiatives.
This role will collaborate closely with a diverse group of stakeholders and partners, including community and government agencies, social service agencies (SSA), healthcare institutions and community providers to enhance the support for caregivers.
- Support in validation study of a national caregiver needs screener tool
- Support in internal and external stakeholder management to ensure that project milestones are met
- Manage budget and tracking project expenses
- Manage vendors to procure services and to ensure timely deliverables
- Support in external engagements to recruit participant and data collection for validation study
- Provide timely progress update
- CSF Pilot Implementation

Job requirements:
- Degree in any discipline, with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare or community care, preferably in stakeholder engagement, and project management.
- Competent in basic statistics and proficient in the use of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Able to multi-task and work in a dynamic work environment with supervisory guidance from team lead.
- Able to work independently and as a team player to collaborate with various stakeholders, internally and externally, under tight deadlines.
- Able to evaluate complex information by being attentive to details and identify key issues.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication and/or presentation skills.
- Creative and resourceful with problem-solving capability to handle ambiguity, manage escalation issues and provide effective resolutions.
