Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Corporate Enablement (Cluster Office)
The Cluster Office provides coordination and administrative support to the SGD Satellite Offices (SOs) within a cluster. In this role, you will support finance, administrative and coordination functions at the cluster level, including secretariate support to cluster leadership. You will work closely with SO-level Corporate Enablement Representatives to support effective operations, proper documentation, and consistent implementation of policies and processes across the cluster.
Finance/Procurement, Office Management & Administration
- Monitoring of cluster budgets and expenditures, including assisting with forecasting exercises and budget allocations to SOs
- Maintain and update shared repositories of finance and procurement policies, templates, and SOPs to support consistency and audit readiness
- Support day‑to‑day office administration for the cluster and SOs, including facilities, equipment, logistics and workspace requests.
Secretariat & Cluster Coordination
- Support basic data compilation and analysis to identify trends, gaps or follow-up actions for discussion
- Provide secretariat support for meetings, including scheduling, agenda coordination, materials preparation, and minutes taking
- Support cluster-level planning activities, such as annual workplans and tracking of agreed priorities
Stakeholder Engagement, Volunteer & Staff Support
- Organisation of cluster-wide staff engagement activities (e.g. town halls, learning days, team bonding) and support coordination of volunteer-related activities, including training logistics, engagement events and communications with HQ and SOs
- Gather/compile ground feedback to surface improvement opportunities, and assist in the rollout of volunteer training materials and programmes developed by HQ
Job Requirements
- A recognised degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline
- 3–4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in finance, administration, operations or secretariat support roles
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders concurrently
- Basic analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good writing and communication skills for preparing reports, minutes and presentation materials.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with HQ, cluster teams, SOs and ground staff
- Familiarity with community, public sector or healthcare settings would be an advantage
