Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Healthy Ageing Department
The Healthy Ageing Department develops activities, in collaboration with partners, for robust and frail seniors in the community and Community Care sector to support frailty management and wellbeing in alignment with national healthcare directions.
Job Description

Engage and collaborate with national partner agencies, internal and external stakeholders to research, plan, implement and evaluate evidence- and interest-informed initiatives for seniors in collaboration with the Community Care sector

Review activity impact for iterative enhancements to better meet frailty and wellbeing needs for seniors, activities may include physical leisure (gardening), music, intergenerational projects, etc.

Review enablers to support activity development and delivery (e.g., capability building of staff, volunteers, partner agencies, etc)

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a list of senior-friendly activities on AIC’s activity platforms (e.g., Activity Repository)

Curate and e-publish a monthly activity e-mailer for the Community Care sector

Support in the following areas:
- Analyse information, data and ground insights to identify trends, needs and gaps and formulate strategies to support activity provision in the Community Care sector and community

Forge and develop new strategic and sustained partnerships to advance the activity ecosystem for both robust and frail seniors

Develop strategies and plans, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, on differentiated engagement approaches to better reach out to seniors, especially under-represented segments, to encourage activity awareness and participation at the Community Care sector and community
Job Requirements

Degree in any discipline with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience

Strong collaborative and partnership building skills

Strong in programme management and evaluation experience, preferably in healthcare, eldercare and/or social services

Self-motivated, resourceful with good problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative

Able to manage multiple projects with excellent project management skills and to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Effective communicator (verbal, in writing) with good interpersonal skills and an interest to enhance care for seniors

Responsible, independent and a good team player
