Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Sector Funds (2-year contract)

You will manage a grant administered by Sector Funds and is responsible for supporting the evaluation and assessment of funding proposals while assisting with the overall operations of the CST programme. The role involves monitoring progress of projects, ensuring compliance with the funding policies and guidelines and assisting with the development of strategies to enhance effectiveness of funds administration. The job scope includes:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of funding proposals and monitor projects progress, and work with community care partners to improve impact of funded projects.
  • Work with community care partners to identify opportunities, develop strategies and scope proposals on developing and enhancing services, and building organisational capabilities so as to better serve seniors and clients.
  • Analysing data to assess the impact of funded projects, identify opportunities to develop resources to support community care partners at scale, and improve grant design and administration.
  • Perform all administrative tasks required of the programme including maintaining accurate documentation.

 

Job Requirements:

  • A degree, with disciplines in health or social sciences preferred.
  • Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good team player and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability and curiosity to learn more about the various stakeholders' concerns.
  • Self-starter, meticulous, adaptable to changes and strong ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal with strong command of English, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
