Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Service Development (Advance Care Planning & Palliative Care)

Join us in shaping Singapore’s Advance Care Planning (ACP) and Palliative Care landscape. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of national strategies, pilot innovative care models, and work closely with policymakers, healthcare institutions, and community partners to enhance end-of-life care across the sector.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and drive automation or digital solutions
  • Support digitalisation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and adoption across the sector

  • Contribute to knowledge management and change management to drive adoption of new initiatives

  • Work closely with policymakers, healthcare providers, community partners, and system vendors

  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to drive successful implementation of initiatives

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of national ACP programmes and palliative care strategies

  • Support the design and rollout of new service models, pilots, and funding initiatives

  • Support sector-level initiatives (e.g. national workgroups, programme management) and continuity of digital systems and operations

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years of experience in service planning, programme management, or related fields

  • Experience in healthcare, social care, or the public sector is advantageous

  • Exposure to IT or digitalisation projects will be an added advantage

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills

  • Ability to translate strategies into implementable documentation and programmes

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with basic data analysis capabilities

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Systems thinking, with a proactive and resourceful approach

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • This role may involve participation in sector-wide initiatives and projects as required
