Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Systems Goverance & Performance

To govern processes, IT and data by setting controls, managing risks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

 

  • Engage stakeholders to review business needs, assess impacts, and ensure proposed system or process changes are aligned with organisational priorities and governance requirements
  • Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to translate approved business requirements into controlled and welldocumented system enhancements
  • Review and ensure the system documentation and confirm solutions meet the approved requirements and are fit for purpose prior to implementation 
  • Plan, coordinate, and support change management activities to ensure staff are informed, prepared, and accountable for adopting new or enhanced processes and systems 
  • Develop, document, and maintain internal policies, procedures, and workflows to support consistent governance, regulatory compliance, information security, and data protection
  • Review, manage, and support data requests from internal and external stakeholders by assessing purpose, scope, and compliance requirements, and ensuring data is provided accurately, securely, and in accordance with approved governance frameworks
  • Lead and manage the Feedback Analytics project by establishing governance structures, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring delivery, and ensuring outputs meet agreed objectives, controls, and assurance standards
  • Support SGD’s Digital Transformation initiatives by contributing to governanceled digital projects, process redesign, and adoption of digital tools, ensuring solutions are sustainable, compliant, and aligned with organisational strategy

 

Job Requirements  

  • Basic Degree with minimum 3 of relevant experience in roles involving system governance, business process improvement, or ITenabled initiatives.
  • Good project management skills  
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear, controlled, and auditable system or data requirements
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills  
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to operate effectively in complex and fastpaced environments
