Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Systems Management, Client Grants (2-year contract)
Job Description
The Policy and Systems Management team in Grants Division oversees the design, development and management of various grants administration systems to ensure efficient and effective grants operations.
Process Design and Improvement
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to design scheme administration workflows for new or enhanced client grants policies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, continuously enhance existing workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct impact analysis to evaluate the potential effects of the new enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT partners to develop detailed business requirements and review system specifications.
System Testing and Management
- Develop test cases and coordinate system testing activities to ensure the system meets functional requirements.
- Manage delivery timelines and change management efforts to support successful implementation.
- Provide support on user reported incidents involving the grant management system from a design perspective to identify defects or processes to be enhanced.
- Prepare status report for regular updates to management and key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- A degree in IT, Operations or related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of working experience in IT systems/project management role, and involved in user requirement analysis, process, and system design.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Able to handle ambiguity, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details, and effective time management to meet project timeline.
- Familiarity with grants administration processes is a plus.
