Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Systems Management, Client Grants

The role works with internal Ops users, external agencies (MOH), and external IT partners to assess business and policy requirements; develop and document workflow and functional changes to meet the business and policy requirements; review test scenarios and evidence for the required system enhancements; and support post-deployment design clarifications. 

 

  • Facilitate discussions with internal and external stakeholders (MOH, AIC Ops teams, and external agencies like MOM) to gather and clarify business requirements arising from new policy or operational changes and implement them and enable their successful implementation in eFASS, for the continued effective management of financial schemes for patients.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to review existing processes and identify areas for improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct impact assessment of new enhancement requests.
  • Work with IT partners to translate business requirements to system requirements and assist in the full software development cycle to implement the new requirements such as documentation, develop test scenarios and coordinate system testing activities (UAT).
  • Manage delivery timelines and change management efforts to support successful implementation.
  • Provide support on user reported incidents and tickets involving the grant management system from a design perspective to guide fix with business intent, identify defects, or processes to be enhanced.
  • Prepare status report for regular updates to management and key stakeholders.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in IT, Business IT, or related fields preferred.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in BA roles, IT systems/projects and involved in user requirement analysis, solutioning, UATs.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to handle ambiguity, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details, and effective time management to meet project timeline.
  • Familiarity with grants administration processes is a plus.
