Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Workforce Attraction
We are looking for an individual to join our Workforce Attraction team under the Manpower & Talent Division to drive employment facilitation initiatives to address the manpower needs of the Community Care sector. This role involves forging strong partnerships with key stakeholders to co-create sustainable solutions, strengthening the sector's talent pipeline while supporting AIC’s mission to provide quality care for Singapore’s ageing population.
- Drive initiatives to attract, retain and develop the Community Care sector’s workforce and its leadership bench strength, and strengthen their Human Resource (HR) capabilities.
- Engage and work closely with the HR partners in the Community Care sector to ensure the smooth and timely implementation of the manpower initiatives.
- Champion manpower initiatives in the Community Care sector and cultivate win-win partnerships in the areas of manpower resourcing.
- Manage the value chain of manpower attraction and development programmes, including conceptualisation, marketing, implementation, and administration of schemes.
- Collaborate with external partners (e.g. e2i) to support the Community Care sector in their recruitment activities.
- Identify and streamline processes to optimise administrative and compliance efforts.
- Manage any other ad-hoc sector projects as assigned (e.g. provide secretariat support in committees).
Job Requirements
- Bacherlor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of work experience in HR or project management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects independently or within a Team and meet tight deadlines.
- Versatile in working independently as well as an effective team player.
- Adaptable, and able to handle ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Meticulous and has a keen eye for detail.
