Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Workrforce Transformation

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives to support the Community Care Sector’s in workforce transformation efforts
  • Engage and work closely with HR partners in the Community Care sector to encourage adoption of various manpower programmes
  • Manage the value chain of manpower programmes including conceptualisation, marketing, implementation, and administration of schemes
  • Administration support for meetings with internal and external parties including but not limited to ministries, consultants, and Community Care Organisations.
  • Manage any other ad-hoc sector projects as assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience
  • Experience in project management or HR processes would be advantageous
  • Possess strong analytical and diagnostic skills, meticulous with a high level of integrity.
  • Able to work flexibly with limited SOPs and processes
  • Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
