Executive, Client Grants Processing

Job Scope

  • Manage hardcopy and softcopy mails received
  • Ensure that documents received are accounted for
  • Organize documents and prepare manifest for vendor’s transcribing
  • Access and perform checks using AIC’s grants processing system
  • Liaise with external parties
  • Issue letters to update care recipients of their long-term care schemes’ outcomes
  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties

 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience, graduating from diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Good oral and written communication skills. 
  • Self-starter, able to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly organised, meticulous, and creative problem-solver who works well independently as well as in a team.
  • Able to quickly adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
