Finance Business Partner

Job Description 

  • Act as Business partner (BP) to Divisions to provide financial insights to add value that will guide decision making to achieve organization’s outcomes
  • Lead Divisions’ BP support to drive forecast and budget utilization accuracy, strengthen projection capabilities and financial controls through financial performance review.
  • Continually assess opportunities to improve BP delivery and foster strong partnerships with Divisions.
  • Review management report packages and performance analysis with Divisions, identifying key trends and provide business recommendations. 
  • Support Divisions in budget process, year-end closing activities and funding process.
  • Lead and participate in finance projects to drive process improvement.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Finance related or Accounting from a recognized University.
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience and preferably in Business Partnering roles.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Adaptable to changes and creative mindset to drive improvements in financial processes.
  • Experience in analysis/database tools such as SAP and Power BI.  Experience in system automation is a plus.
