Finance Business Partner

Job Description 

  • To support and provide financial insights and add value to Divisions that will guide decision making to achieve organization’s outcomes.
  • Assist Divisions’ Finance BP to drive forecast and budget utilization accuracy, strengthen projection capabilities and financial controls through financial performance review.
  • Review management report packages and performance analysis, identifying key trends and provide business recommendations.  
  • Support in Divisions’ budget and cashflow projection process, month-end and year-end closing activities and funding process.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly finance dashboard.
  • Participate in related finance projects, system implementation and enhancements.
     

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Finance related or Accounting from a recognized University.
  • At Least of 3 years of relevant working experience and preferably in Business Partnering related roles.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Adaptable to changes and creative mindset to drive improvements in financial processes.
  • Experience in analysis/database tools such as SAP and Power BI.  Experience in system automation is a plus.
  • Possess potentials to step up to take on more responsibilities and work independently to partner with the business units
