Manager, Comms Insights & Analytics

Job Description

As the lead for the Comms Insights & Analytics team within AIC’s Integrated Comms & Marketing Department (ICMD), you will

  • Manage the development and execution of surveys to track public awareness of the AIC brand and Community Care sector as well as the effectiveness of AIC-led comms campaigns
  • Oversee the team’s social media listening function for topics related to AIC and/or the Community Care sector, including sentiment analysis
  • Analyse data and findings from various touchpoints to produce recommendations and reports to improve comms materials and engagement as well as track brand awareness and campaign performance.
  • Build the team’s market research capabilities to improve comms and publicity efforts
  • Execute ad-hoc comms research projects, e.g. focus group discussions, student projects, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, with preference for relevant marketing qualification.
  • At least 8 years’ work experience with 2 years in managerial experience managing a small team, preferably in a public sector setting
  • Background in market research (both quantitative and qualitative research) will be preferred
  • Experience using with social media listening tools, e.g. Truescope, Meltwater
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially in using it for data analysis. Experience with data visualisation tools, e.g. Tableau, will be a plus.
  • Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with a good eye for detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Possess strong organizations skills and effective project management skills in managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast pace work environment
  • Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in handling diverse situations and manage individual differences
