Manager, Cyber Security

Job Description

As a member of the Chief Information Security Officer's office, you will play an instrumental role in communicating cybersecurity policies and programmes including to the community care sector. The officer will conceptualise and manage programs to enhance the level of cybersecurity awareness and drive adoption of good cybersecurity hygiene through campaigns and engagement efforts. The successful candidate will be offered a 2-year employment contract.

 

  • Programme Development and Implementation
    • Design and deliver cybersecurity awareness programmes that drive adoption of security best practices
    • Create and execute targeted awareness campaigns

 

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
    • Conduct workshops, forums, and engagement sessions and ensure programme effectiveness
    • Act as the primary liaison on all cybersecurity-related matters

 

  • Content Development and Training Coordination
    • Develop relevant training materials that reflect evolving cybersecurity threats and best practices
    • Develop communication materials and resources that help organisations understand their cybersecurity compliance obligations
    • Translate cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for implementation

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Information Security or related disciplines with at least 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in managing stakeholders and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty at work
  • Possesses a positive attitude and an excellent teammate who is also able to work independently

 

 

The successful candidate will be offered a 2-year employment contract.
