Manager, Grant Governance & Compliance
Job Description:
- Partner Sector Divisions in the management of grants to ensure governance and compliance with Grant Policy & Best Practices, from scheme design to closure
- Attend to Sector Divisions’ enquiries relating to grant management processes
- Review current processes, Develop improvements to strengthen grant governance and Enhance operational efficiency (e.g. through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and/or other analytical tools)
- Develop and support generation of periodic Operational and Management reports
- Build capabilities of internal stakeholders and external partners through various initiatives
- Assist in audit related matters to ensure compliance with audit requirements
- Manage ad hoc projects or roles assigned
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics or other relevant disciplines
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in governance, risk management, internal controls, external audit, internal audit, or process improvement
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in managing stakeholders and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty at work
- Possesses a positive attitude and an excellent teammate who is also able to work independently
- Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office software (MS Excel Essential)
- Knowledge of data visualisation/analytical tools such as RPA (UiPath), IDEA Caseware, Python, Tableau and/or VBA will be an added advantage
The successful candidate will be offered a 2 years' employment contract.
