Manager, Partner Engagement
As an Account Manager, you will build strong relationships and trust with our sector partners, Partners’ capabilities, deepen their impact and facilitate strategic alignment with MOH and AIC.
- Analyse and review consolidated performance data from all Active Ageing Centres (AACs) to evaluate outcomes, identify trends, and manage transitions from programme changes, and ensure timely resolution of related appeals with proper approval framework and data governance
- Develop and customise comprehensive performance reports for senior leadership and stakeholders, to facilitate sector engagements and programme review for improvements
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to refine and enhance reporting templates in line with programme changes and translate these requirements into IT system specifications including participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Engage with service providers to gather insights and best practices, supporting policy formulation and programme development
- Manage the integration and streamlining of diverse data sources to support monitoring and process development, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of programme reporting and development
- Manage AAC audit implementation by coordinating with providers for audit readiness, handling post-audit follow-ups, providing periodic reporting to stakeholders, improving processes, and sharing learnings with sector to drive continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant healthcare or community care experience, preferably in stakeholder engagement, and project management with 2 years in managerial capacity
- Competency in statistics and MS Office applications
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Has strong written communication and analytical skills
- Has a pleasant personality and passion in engaging and supporting Partners in the Community Care Sector to succeed
