Manager, Partnership Management & Engagement (Senior Learning)
In this role, you will drive the project management, development and implementation of programmes in learning domain to enable seniors to age actively.
- Drive the project management, development and implementation of programmes in learning domain, including the delivery of Health & Wellness (H&W) courses to seniors through Active Ageing Centres (AACs)
- Ensure programme design and processes are aligned with AIC’s internal policies and frameworks
- Assess potential partners with capability to drive senior learning programmes, through a Grant proposal invitation and assessment framework.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including but not limited to grant administration, budget and KPI tracking, and partner engagement
- Work with a team of account managers to engage awarded partners regularly to monitor on-the-ground matters and address any challenges to ensure KPI achievement and healthy budget utilisation.
- Support programme review and long-term planning of division’s role in learning domain
- Portfolio may be amended based on priorities as required by division.
Job Requirements
- A good bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of working experience and 2 years in managerial capacity in a leadership role, preferably in the social service, eldercare or healthcare industry.
- Experience in project management, programme development and implementation.
- Able to work well independently and in teams.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage and lead discussions with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Able to assess and translate topline ideas into implementation plans for team to execute.
- Proactive, able to multi-task and manage multiple assignments within set datelines.
- Display willingness to learn and collaborate with other divisions and be able to think through analytically on challenges / assigned tasks and provide constructive inputs to improve work processes.
- Resilient and able to adapt to different roles in a dynamic environment and fast-evolving senior
- Experience related to senior learning programmes/domain would be advantageous.
