Manager, Planning & Governance
The Manager plays a key role in driving divisional planning and governance, including oversight of data‑related work and commissioning workstreams under the Community Mental Health Masterplan (CMH MP). The role requires strong judgement and cross‑functional coordination to translate policy intent and care models into fundable, governable, and implementable programmes.
- As custodian of divisional data reporting, provide oversight on data governance, KPI definitions, and reporting standards to support accurate performance monitoring and informed decision‑making.
- Monitor KPI delivery progress, identify risks and deviations, and work with programme leads and HODs on mitigation and recovery plans.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure accountability in deliverables, including KPI tracking, budget utilisation, grant administration, and audit readiness.
- Lead divisional work planning exercises, synthesising inputs across teams and corporate divisions into a coherent, time‑bound workplan with clear accountabilities.
- Oversee data governance and provide advisory support to ensure compliance with AIC guidelines and audit requirements.
- Drive development of integrated model funding design and commissioning, including translating care models into fundable service components and supporting RFP‑based commissioning and operationalisation.
- Support mid‑ to long‑term sustainability planning for CMH MP and AIC’s role as implementing agency for CMH MP.
Job requirement
- University Degree, preferably in statistics, business administration, public policy, healthcare management, analytical or related field.
- At least 8 years relevant work experience with 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in project management and/or grant management in healthcare, mental health and/or social sector would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, resourceful with good problem-solving skills, able to adapt to dynamic changes and uncertainty, dependable team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
