Manager, Plans
You are responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and review of plans and projects to future-proof Silver Generation Division’s capabilities to support seniors.
- Strategise and oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of engagement models and volunteer management strategies to align the enhanced operating model
- Manage relevant stakeholders on the implementation of enhanced outreach and engagement operating model, and identify relevant capabilities and/or enablers required for implementation
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to pilot and refine new engagement models and using data and feedback received
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of pilots
- Oversee and drive development of new volunteer pathways and roles to support division’s goals
- Oversee the development and implementation of systems to evaluate and measure impact to ensure sustainability of the programme
- Monitor and identify demographic and profile trends to inform longer term outreach strategies and service capacity planning
- Establish and evaluate key performance indicators to measure the success of programmes
Requirements:
- Basic degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a managerial capacity, in community engagement, strategic programme or service development
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Good written and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful with good problem-solving skills with a high level of initiative.
- Works effectively across teams to get buy-ins and achieve common goals
- Familiar with policy writing and submissions
- Ability to connect operational activities with long-term strategic goals
