Manager, Procurement Planning & Governance
Job Description:
The Procurement Manager will lead procurement planning, governance and transformation efforts to support organisational priorities. The role will oversee procurement strategy, governance frameworks, transitions, continuous improvement across processes, controls and resourcing.

Lead annual and multi-year procurement planning aligned with organisational objectives

Drive procurement governance, policy development and compliance frameworks

Management major procurement transitions across ministry and AIC, ensuring smooth execution

Oversee procurement performance tracking and KPIs, risks and audit engagements

Lead procurement audits, address audit findings and strengthen risk monitoring mechanisms

Drive process optimisation and system automation to improve system efficiency and reduce manual effort

Review procurement strategies and implement optimisation initiatives
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., public administration, business administration, etc)

With at least 8 years of experience in tender management, policy operationalisation, and project management, preferably within community care services or the public sector

Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in paper writing and presentation

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in adapting to dynamic changes
