Manager, Sector Funds

You will lead the Tote Board Community Health Fund (TBCHF) team to work with community care partners to identify opportunities, develop strategies and scope proposals on developing/enhancing services and building organisational capabilities, to better serve seniors and clients. This is in line with AIC’s mission of creating a vibrant care community that enables clients to live and age well; and the intent of TBCHF to improve care and support, and care integration.

 

The job scope includes:

  • Conduct assessments of grant applications and monitor projects progress, and work with community care partners to improve impact of funded projects.
  • Work with community care partners to identify opportunities, develop strategies and scope proposals on developing and enhancing services, and building organisational capabilities so as to better serve seniors and clients.
  • Analysing data to assess the impact of funded projects, identify opportunities to develop resources to support community care partners at scale, and improve grant design and administration.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback, create opportunities for learning and growth, and provide support and encouragement to teammates.

 

Job Requirements:

  • A degree, with disciplines in health or social sciences preferred.
  • Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities, with the ability and interest to develop the attitudinal traits, knowledge and skills of others. 
  • Good team player and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability and curiosity to learn more about the various stakeholders' concerns.
  • Self-starter, meticulous, adaptable to changes and strong ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong command of English, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
