Manager, Service Development (Caregiving)

This role is to support in the planning, implementation and monitoring of caregiving programmes and service development initiatives. This includes the development of service models, caregiver screening tools and enablers such as capability development, and operational workflows, as well as to coordinating stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of caregiving initiatives.

 

  • Support the planning and implementation of caregiver support programme initiatives, including the development of service components, referral workflows, service pathways and implementation documentation.
  • Coordinate with service providers to clarify requirements, support onboarding, monitor adherence to service models, and track programme progress, data collation and evaluation reporting.
  • Lead the development and validation of the Caregiver Needs Screener Tool (CGST), including coordination of project timelines, milestones and documentation.
  • Drive collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, including SRDD, SG Enable, Duke-NUS and service providers, to align study requirements and execution needs.
  • Oversee research governance requirements, analyse findings, synthesise insights and present recommendations to support implementation decisions.
  • Support the development and rollout of service provider capability development enablers to strengthen caregiver service delivery, including CSC and CSF pilots.
  • Contribute to team knowledge management and cross-workstream coordination by sharing project learnings, documentation and supporting caregiver initiative discussions.

 

Job requirements:

  • Recognised Bachelor Degree, preferably in a social work, social science or healthcare-related discipline
  • At least 8 years of experience in healthcare, social or community care sectors and at least 2 years of managerial experience. 
  • Experience in service development, programme management, or cross-agency project coordination.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, responsible and can work in fast changing environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to lead a team to manage ambiguity and complexity
  • Good project management skills
