Manager, Workforce Competitiveness
- Lead a team dedicated to enhancing compensation and benefits landscape of the community care sector.
- Supervise and ensure the seamless operation of daily business activities and grant administration to achieve programme-level KPIs/
- Overseeing and partnering key stakeholders for the implementation, integration and adoption of rewards policies in the sector.
- Conducting regular review of process and administration to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and governance.
- Set targets and drive team to meet scheduled goals and programme objectives.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, with at least 8 years of working experience in HR, grants management, or sector development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong decision making, problem solving and time management abilities.
- Has experience in leading teams and projects.
- Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
