Manager, Workforce Competitiveness

  • Lead a team dedicated to enhancing compensation and benefits landscape of the community care sector. 
  • Supervise and ensure the seamless operation of daily business activities and grant administration to achieve programme-level KPIs/
  • Overseeing and partnering key stakeholders for the implementation, integration and adoption of rewards policies in the sector.
  • Conducting regular review of process and administration to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and governance.
  • Set targets and drive team to meet scheduled goals and programme objectives.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline, with at least 8 years of working experience in HR, grants management, or sector development. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong decision making, problem solving and time management abilities. 
  • Has experience in leading teams and projects.
  • Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
