Manager/ Senior Manager, Care Assessment
You will support the national implementation of standardised care assessment suite in the community care sector. This role drives efforts in strengthening implementation outcomes and informing policy decisions through research and programme evaluation.
1. Project management of research and programme evaluation
- Design and execute robust quantitative and qualitative studies across care delivery, client outcomes, experience and cost effectiveness domains.
- Conduct data‑driven studies to support continuous programme improvement and strategic planning.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders and policymakers.
- Manage end to end data analytics, including data governance, quality assurance, statistical analysis and insights generation.
- Engage and coordinate internal teams, external research partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery of research outputs.
2. Thought Leadership & Knowledge Dissemination
- Develop peer‑reviewed publications and conference presentations to support knowledge sharing and establish thought leadership in interRAI implementation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- Strong project management and proficient in data analytical tools
- Proven track record translating analytics into policy/operations recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Experience managing research vendors, ethics/IRB submissions, and multi‑agency collaborations
- Demonstrated output in peer‑reviewed publications and conference presentations
- Good communication skills (including writing and public speaking)
