Manager/Assistant Manager, Care Protocol
You will be part of the Care Protocol workstream that supports the development of care protocols and coordination of policy reviews for enablers, such as IT systems and applications, care support and financing capabilities. Your work will require close engagement with GPs, Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and healthcare Clusters, Hospital specialists and other agencies of MOH. The work will involve understanding current and developing new workflows for successful development and updates of HealthierSG care protocols and safe channels of communication between primary care and hospital doctors for better patient care.
- Develop comprehensive timelines for the development, launch, and revision of all care protocols under the Healthier SG initiative.
- Execute and operationalise the established timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones throughout the protocol development process.
- Prepare and/or review supporting materials for the development and implementation of care protocols, including but not limited to training materials and public communication documents, ensuring alignment with protocol objectives and requirements.
- Facilitate seamless coordination among internal and external stakeholders involved in drafting the care protocols and addressing implementation-related issues.
- Perform secretariat duties for meetings and discussions, including the scheduling of meetings, setting up meeting venues and documenting meeting minutes to capture key decisions, action items, and relevant discussions to maintain records and facilitate follow-ups.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, but familiarity with programme management in health and primary care and/or clinical workflow would be preferred.
- Strong skills in programme development and management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Good project management skills, with the ability to track multiple ongoing projects meticulously, and to meet tight deadlines while remaining flexible and adaptable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, coordinate efforts and relationships across different stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset to resolve conflicts and ability to exercise critical thinking in mitigating potential risks in project areas.
- Position will commensurate with qualifications and relevant working experience.
