Assistant Director, Systems Governance & Performance

As team lead, you will manage systems and data to support seniors' outreach and volunteers' operations, maintain an effective and efficient information system and ensure governance control measure are put in place for operational processes. 

  • Lead and manage systems and data to support seniors' outreach and volunteers' operations, instill governance knowledge to all staff and upskill staff’s digitalisation skills
  • Plan and strategise the digitalisation of training roadmap of staff in phases 
  • Review and ensure system documentation are in place and systems are built correctly to fulfil business needs 
  • Implement change management activities to all staff on the enhanced processes and systems 
  • Lead the Quarterly Systems Champs Meeting and facilitate briefings on the new system functionalities and obtain ground inputs for future system enhancements 
  • Key contact for data-related matters and to work closely with Data Protection Secretariat to clarify and finalise data requests prior to approval of requests
  • Develop and establish internal processes in compliance with regulatory, security and data protection guidelines 

 

Job Requirements 

  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 14 years of relevant experience with significant exposure to business process improvement and IT system enhancement work 
  • Possess strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills 
  • Good project management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and independently 
  • Able to demonstrate understanding of lean management or design thinking and translate streamlined processes into user-friendly system requirements 
  • Able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills in handling diverse situations and managing individual differences 
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to adapt to complex and fast paced changes
