Senior Executive, Client Grants - Enquiries

This role is responsible for managing client enquiries, resolving escalated cases, supporting nursing homes with scheme-related transactions, handling status requests, engaging stakeholders, performing secretariat duties, and maintaining workflow documentation.

 

  • Investigate and resolve client enquiries and escalated cases, including disputes and alleged fraud.
  • Support nursing homes with scheme-related transactions such as applications, payments, admissions, and discharges to ensure proper grant usage.
  • Handle status requests by responding promptly to stakeholders and ensuring necessary approvals are obtained before releasing information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including MOH, MOM, CPF Board, and nursing homes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for nursing homes, ensuring all enquiries are acknowledged and addressed.
  • Maintain accurate workflow documentation, SOPs, and archival records for decision-making reference.
  • Engage stakeholders regularly to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Perform secretariat duties, including recording meeting minutes and assisting with ad hoc assignments.

 

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in business management or any discipline with minimum 3 years of working experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to engage stakeholders and manage complex customer service/ feedback related issues.
  • Possess excellent writing, verbal communication and customer service skills, with the passion and patience to serve the seniors
  • Able to keep calm and composure at high pressure situation.
  • Good problem-solving skills to achieve the best outcome for the client and service provider.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player, with motivation to learn and progress as a team
